Mr. Nathan Hochmuth is our teacher for grades 7 and 8. He also serves as our Athletic Director.

He graduated from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN, in May of 2006 with a degree in Secondary Education and an emphasis in mathematics. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mathematics Education for grades 5-12.  This is his sixth year teaching at Salem. He teaches 7th and 8th grade.  He enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary, and their two children, Natalie and Isaiah.  In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing sports.
